Who am I?

My name is Kirsten Johnson. I gained a BEd Music from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2009 and completed my probation year in Scotland before moving to London in 2010.

I am currently Head of Music and Drama at an independent boys prep school in London. I have previously held the roles of Head of Department (Music), Head of Faculty (Performing Arts) and Head of House at various mixed comprehensives in London.

I am currently undertaking the CTeach qualification with the Chartered College of Teaching and contribute opinion pieces for the Times Educational Supplement.
